Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the RunVia website and operations management platform (the "Service"), operated by RunVia ("us," "we," or "our").
By accessing or using the Service, you ("Subscriber," "User," or "Client") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you do not have permission to access or use the Service.
By creating an account, accessing, or using RunVia, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. We may modify these Terms at any time; we will post updates on this page with a revised effective date, and continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
To use RunVia, your business must register a company account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account, and agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. If you register on behalf of a business or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
RunVia is an operations management platform for businesses that produce, store, and move physical goods. Core functionality includes payroll processing (including statutory deduction calculations such as PAYE, pension, and NHF), staff loan tracking, expense and cashbook logging, procurement request workflows, production record-keeping, fleet and diesel tracking, and client record management. Features available to your company depend on your selected subscription plan.
Statutory calculations disclaimer: Payroll figures generated by RunVia — including PAYE, pension, and NHF calculations — are provided as a best-effort convenience based on the settings and figures your company enters. They do not constitute tax, accounting, or legal advice, and your business remains solely responsible for confirming statutory compliance with a qualified accountant or the relevant tax authority.
RunVia reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Service at any time, and will make reasonable efforts to notify affected customers in advance of material changes.
Access to paid RunVia plans requires payment of subscription fees as listed on our pricing page. Fees are quoted and payable in Nigerian Naira (₦) unless otherwise agreed. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled prior to renewal via your account settings. We reserve the right to suspend access for accounts with significantly overdue payments, with reasonable prior notice. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
New accounts start on a free Trial plan with no payment required. Trial accounts are subject to the usage limits published on our pricing page. We may modify Trial limits or availability at our discretion, with notice to existing Trial customers of any material reduction.
You retain ownership of all business, employee, and client data you enter into RunVia. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data your team enters, for managing user access and permissions within your account, and for complying with applicable employment, tax, and data protection laws in how you use the Service.
You agree not to use RunVia to store or process data you do not have the right to hold, to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Service or other customers' accounts, or to use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
RunVia is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, RunVia and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including reliance on payroll or statutory calculations without independent verification. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable Nigerian law.
You may cancel your account at any time via your account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice where reasonably practicable. Upon termination, we will retain your data for a reasonable period as described in our Privacy Policy before deletion.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
